Description
PHARMA-NOVA is a high‑performance PTFE hose developed for applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food industries where purity, safety, and stable operation are critical. The smooth PTFE inner layer provides easy maintenance, efficient self‑draining, and increased flow capacity, while the corrugated design ensures excellent flexibility.
The hose is reinforced with stainless steel braiding in AISI 316L and equipped with a platinum‑cured silicone cover approved according to USP Class VI. PHARMA‑NOVA is manufactured in accordance with EN16643:2016 and has been tested for over 500,000 bending cycles under pressure and vacuum.
Available in two versions:
- Virgin PTFE (white): For applications without risk of static electricity.
- Antistatic PTFE (black): For environments with potential electrostatic charge, such as when using solvents or operating at high flow rates.
PHARMA-NOVA is designed for processes with high demands on hygiene, chemical resistance, and long service life
