Hydroscand AB is, in accordance with the requirements of REACH, qualified as a distributor and primarily as an "importer of articles", where articles according to the regulation refer to product or component.

Hydroscand is not qualified as a manufacturer / importer of chemicals according to the REACH regulation and is therefore not obliged to register or pre-register.

Hydroscand AB carries out the activities required to fulfill its responsibility and the requirement in the supply chain.

Hydroscand has raised these issues with suppliers and has requirements that suppliers must register substances according to the REACH regulation, or that they in turn require their supplier to do so.

For all chemicals that Hydroscand uses for our production, a safety data sheet is available upon request.

Hydroscand AB - has taken the necessary measures to ensure that all products placed on the market comply with the requirements of 2002/95/EC (and subsequent amendments).

At present, the directive does not affect Hydroscand AB's product range.
