Automatic lubrication system (CLS)
Central Lubrication System (CLS) is an automatic system offering a wide range of benefits. When a machine has lubrication points that are difficult to access, a central lubrication system provides a reliable method for ensuring continuous maintenance. Our systems, sourced from selected manufacturers, are of high quality and can be adapted to a wide variety of machines and requirements.
We offer products from one of the world’s largest manufacturers of centralized lubrication systems. The system is modular, making it easy to expand as needed. We can also provide systems with monitoring to further increase reliability. Centralized lubrication offers many benefits, including cost savings and enhanced safety. An automatic lubrication system reduces repair costs, which also leads to increased machine utilization.
Thanks to documented ongoing maintenance, machines retain a higher resale value. It can be difficult to access all lubrication points on a machine, and work at heights is often required. These risks can be avoided with CLS, resulting in a safer workplace. As a market leader in hoses and pipeline components, we offer nationwide sales, service, and installation. We are wherever you are, with stores and mobile service technicians.
Advantages of automatic central lubrication
-
Reduced repair costs.
-
Increased machine utilization.
-
Higher resale value.
-
Safer workplace. Falls related to manual lubrication are reduced.
Our different lubrication systems
Progressiva system
A progressive lubrication system distributes lubricant from the pump to one lubrication point at a time until the entire system has been lubricated. If one lubrication point becomes blocked, the entire system will stop, allowing monitoring of all lubrication points through a single sensor. The system is modular in design and can be quickly and easily adapted to your installation — suitable for use with both grease and oil.
he system is ideal for small, medium, and large machines where centralized monitoring is required. Typical applications include:
-
Transport and construction equipment
-
Wind turbines
-
Food industry
-
Agriculture
-
Cement industry
Two-line system
The modular two-line system is easy to design and expand. The system offers a range of monitoring options and is well-suited for larger machines and installations with numerous lubrication points. Examples include:
Steel plants
Cement factories
Plattforms
Large cranes and material handling equipment
Mining operations
One-line system
A single-line system provides individual dosing for each lubrication point. The metering units are installed along the main line and dispense oil or grease once per lubrication cycle. Since each lubrication point has its own metering unit, the system is very easy to install and expand as needed. Typical applications include:
-
Escalators
-
Sawmills
-
Steel industry
-
Printing industry
-
Food industry
-
Conveyor belts
Air/oil lubrication and MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) systems can also be used.
