At Hydroscand Special Hoses in Motala, we assemble couplings and components on special hoses such as Spir Star hose, metal and composite hose. All assembly is done on site by employees with special expertise, which guarantees high quality and short delivery times – often the next day.
Custom manufacturing for special requests
The employees at Hydroscand Special Hoses are used to working according to special wishes and requirements for both hoses and pipe components. Together with the customer, we first develop CAD drawings. Once the drawings are approved, we produce your unique couplings in our CNC lathes and mount them on the hose.
Unique markings
All hoses are tested and according to customer specifications we supply test certificates. Unique markings ensure efficcient re-ordering.
Competent welding personnel
All welders working at Hydroscand Special Hoses have certification according to EN 287-1.
Certificate
The welding work at the production unit in Motala is certified according to ISO3834-2:2005. Hydroscand Special Hoses also holds type approval according to DNV/GL, which enables the manufacture of metal hose for marine applications, where extra high demands are placed on safety and quality.
We comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). This allows us to CE-mark the products mentioned in the certificate. This places demands on our operations regarding materials, welding, documentation, traceability of materials, marking of articles, pressure testing and much more.
